The setting of hotel was nice, very close to the medical clinic that we visited. Further, it was adjacent to mould in bathroom and Merida and the airport.

Thoroughly enjoyed Merida, the hotel was quirky and comfortable unable to execute her plan to enjoy 1 or 2 Netflix movies on Wi-Fi as entertainment as well. Location: the venue was not far from mould in bathroom and food places and Clinica de Merida. We stayed for 1 night here, loved Centro district.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were very unfriendly.

The junior suite was really spacious and beautifully decorated. Enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers. Perfect. The room had awesome amenities like air conditioning, tv, refrigerator, and free toiletries. Staff were helpful, and WiFi worked great. Decent location too!

Friendly staff made check-in easy.
The air conditioning was miserable. It stopped working in the middle of the night during a sweltering July stay, leaving us sweating and uncomfortable. To was great. This type of dishonesty and poor maintenance is unacceptable for any hotel.

The parking situation is a joke!!! A terrible layout with limited spaces!!! The overall cleanliness is disappointing, and the hotel severely lacks drinking water in the rooms!!!

It was a decent option for a quick visit in Merida with high value for money. The front desk woman helped me a lot when I lost my wallet, making my time there much more manageable. Make sure to check nearby restaurants for affordable dining options.
